Delete your Awakened Rift account
You can delete your account and all your game data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the game (fastest)
- Open Settings (the gear icon at the top right).
- Open the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account, then Continue.
- Hold Delete forever for 3 seconds.
The game shows “Deleting account”. You can close the game — deletion finishes on its own, usually within an hour.
Without the game — by e-mail
If you can't open the game (for example, you have uninstalled it), send an e-mail to support@awakenedrift.com with the subject “Delete my account” and one of these:
- your deletion code — in the game: Settings → Account → Account deletion code (website) → Get code (best: it proves the account is yours);
- or your Player ID — Settings → General → Player ID.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm the request if we can't be sure the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Your player account and player number.
- All game progress: your HQ and its location, Legion, Generals, gear, Arcana (spells), tasks, passes and achievements.
- All currencies — gold, crystals and Arcana Lore.
- Your nickname and your places in the current ratings.
What may be kept
- Results of rating periods that have already ended: the row for your former place stays there under the name «Удалён» (“Deleted”), without your nickname.
- Records of real-money purchases, if any, for as long as the law requires (they no longer link to a game account).
- Copies in our providers' backups and technical logs, until they are removed on their regular schedule.
- Your e-mail with the request, until we have answered it.
